"Change is Easy,
Transition is Hard"

Whether you're launching something new or trying to navigate what’s next, that space between where you are and where you want to be can feel overwhelming. But you're not alone in it.

After nearly 20 years in nonprofit development and leadership, I’ve learned that sustainable success doesn’t come from shortcuts—it comes from clarity, the right tools, and a willingness to engage the process. My role is to walk alongside you, helping your organization find focus, build systems that last, and move forward with confidence.

Sometimes, all it takes is the right conversation to get unstuck. Let’s start there.

Relational Consulting

Thoughtful, tailored support rooted in relationship, discernment, and long-term success.

I approach every client and project through the lens of context, capacity, and calling—because lasting change can’t be outsourced, but it can be supported. Whether you're navigating a short-term need, entering a season of growth, or laying the foundation for a new organization, these offerings are designed to meet you where you are and help move you forward.

Project Based Consulting

Context

Project-Based Consulting for Specific Needs

Not every problem needs a full overhaul—sometimes you just need a partner to walk with you through a decision, a project, or a specific challenge. I offer focused, short-term consulting engagements that help clarify your options and move things forward with purpose and peace of mind.

Think: policy review, program refinement, leadership support, or strategic decision-making.

But Before We Go Any Further...

Seasonal Engagement Consulting

Capacity

Seasonal Engagement for Organizational Growth

Every organization has strengths waiting to be uncovered. In this immersive, seasonal approach, I join your team for a set period of time to assess what’s already present—your people, resources, structure—and help build systems and strategies that reflect your real-life capacity. It’s a grassroots, collaborative process that grows from within and leads to practical, sustainable development.

Think: team development, internal communications, leadership transitions, or realigning roles and responsibilities.

Start Up Support

Calling

Start-Up Support for New Visions & Ventures

Whether you're starting a nonprofit or shaping a new initiative, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I help leaders clarify their mission, navigate filing and compliance, and build a foundation that reflects the heart of the work you feel called to do. From paperwork to purpose, I’m with you every step of the way.

Think: mission and values development, 501(c) filing, board formation, or building the first steps of your strategy.

About Moi

After nearly two decades in nonprofit work, I’ve learned this: the mission may be noble, the heart may be big—but without the right structure, strategy, and support, even the best organizations can lose their way.

I’m Hudson, and I started this consulting practice to come alongside the leaders, dreamers, and doers who are building things that matter. I’ve spent years in the trenches—writing bylaws, leading teams, launching programs, navigating transitions, and doing the work most people avoid (and yes, sometimes even enjoying it). Now, I get to help others do the same—without the burnout.

My approach is practical, personal, and rooted in relationship. I believe meaningful change happens when people are heard, systems are aligned, and vision is backed by action. I’m not here to drop a bunch of jargon or hand you a templated plan. I’m here to listen, laugh a little, and help you find the clarity and tools that lead to long-term success.

If you're ready to grow, steady your footing, or just need a sounding board—I'm here for that. Let’s build something that lasts.

Do yourself a huge favor and hire Hudson! He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of non-profit management. From starting his own to running others' to serving on boards, he is able to encourage and advise, help with the legal groundwork, and so much more. Not only did he serve on the board of my non-profit, I have also known him and called him a friend for almost 20 years now. He is hard-working, energetic, and such a positive person to have on your team. He would be a wonderful asset to you!
